MAX Sports Challenge
Date: July 11, 12 & 13, 2008
Location: Columbus, OH in high school stadiums
Divisions: DI, DII, DIII Boys
Requirements:
  1. All teams must file all applications by the deadline.
  2. Individual Waivers forms must be signed.
  3. Roster sizelimited to 25 players per team.
  4. All players must be with a team that plays in the high school season and must be seniors, juniors or SOPHOMORES. Incoming Freshmen are INELIGIBLE for this tournament.
  5. All players must have medical release forms.
  6. Players will play on only one team during the tournament.
Fee: $500.00, in U.S. funds. Payment can be made on line or by check payable to MAX Sports Center.
Application: Application along with tournament FEE must be received by April 15, 2008. All your team’s forms can be done online and must be completed in order to be considered for selection.
Additional:
  1. A complete set of rules will be sent with the acceptance package by April 10th. Three 80 minute games guaranteed. One played per day.
  2. If your team is not accepted, your fee will be returned (minus the credit card processing fee if paid online) with a letter of notication.
  3. A schedule will be mailed as soon as possible. Teams accepted will be posted at the site as well.
  4. Game balls will be supplied by individual teams at the game.
  5. Some games will be televised by CSN.
  6. Still pictures and video tape will be available for purchase.
  7. Programs will be available for participants and college coaches. Team Coaches will get a page for comments on their team in the program.
  8. Electronic transfer of the player profiles will be made at the conclusion of the tournament.
Sanctioned By: The Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches association, an affiliate of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
